Suzan Heitman Oster is a full time professional Realtor servicing the Mississauga and GTA area. Suzan brings a solid corporate background in Sales, Marketing, Project Management and Business Development to her real estate business. Her marketing experience and keen attention to detail provide tailor-made buying and selling strategies for her clients.
Suzan’s experience in real estate began as a young child watching her family buy, renovate and sell properties in the GTA. Having moved several times and lived in almost every part of the GTA, Suzan has hands-on experience about every side of the transaction process. Closely observing her family negotiate deals and transform properties gives her a definite edge when working with investors. Her ability to walk in to any run down property and envision the renovation from top to bottom is an asset. She prides herself in finding the hidden gems and watching them transform back into life.
Suzan is often referred to as the “Lease Queen” due to the number of lease transactions she does every year. Helping investors through the tenant selection process; and tenants through the application process is an important part of her business. Her knowledge of the Landlord and Tenant rules and regulations is a an advantage for her clients. Whereas most agents will refer to lease transactions as a favour to their clients, Suzan considers them a privilege, and yet another opportunity to set herself apart from the rest.
Suzan believes in working hard and going that extra mile in everything she does. Her clients often become her friends and she is proud to spend her time working with referrals than knocking on doors.
Suzan is a proud mother to her son Samuel and spends most of her free time watching him on the soccer field. She is also a fitness enthusiast and is looking forward to running her first marathon in 2018.
She enjoys volunteering with several organizations in the Peel region and is passionate about women and children’s rights – often the voice for those who may not be able to speak for themselves.
Her other interests include reading, cooking, movies and music.
